What do I need to get a website designed and written by Norstar Creations, Inc. d/b/a Norstar Writing?
Content, graphics, your logo, and product information, if applicable.

Can you design a logo for my company? 
Yes.

Do I need anything special if I want to sell items online?
You may need a Merchant's Account. ECommerce websites are not considered Quick Start websites.  Contact us for further information.

What is required for you to write my Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Statements (KSAOs)?
We start with the announcement number.  Be sure you have it when you call us the first time.  A resume is a good start.  We'll need additional regarding your employment history and specific examples of how your applied your knowledge, skills, and abilities as called for in the KSAOs.

How long does it take for you to write KSAOs?
It depends on the complexity of the requested information.  The usual turn around time is 3-5 days.  Rush fees may apply, if you need them done in less time.
